Account deletion

Delete immediately in the app
- Open Riftly.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Choose “Delete account” under Account.
- Confirm deletion.
This deletes your authentication account and the associated data listed below. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the app
Use the link below to request deletion. In the email, include the email address of the Google or Apple account linked to Riftly. Never send your password or payment information.
We may ask you to send the request from the linked email address or complete an additional identity check. After verification, deletion is normally completed within 7 days.
If you deleted the app while using an anonymous account and also lost the account identifier stored on the device, we cannot identify the account to process an individual request.
Data that is deleted
- Your Riftly account in Firebase Authentication
- Adventurer, inventory, progress and battle records
- Run records and unclaimed rewards
- Ranking entries
Data that may be retained
We may retain the minimum records necessary for fraud prevention, security or legal compliance only for as long as required. Aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you are not deleted. Purchase histories are managed by the App Store or Google Play and are not deleted with your Riftly account.
